Q1: Embracing Automation

In the first quarter of 2023, we are going to focus on scaling the use of our Automation among our clients in multiple use cases. Our Chatbot, both as a part of a full Customer Service Setup but also our newly launched Solobot, and and Automated Product Text products have both been finalised towards the end of 2022 and we are confident these can be applied in many different companies with different priorities.
