A local address will, without doubt, increase your conversion rate. Displaying a local address shows you are available and that return handling will be simple. We can receive mail and your return packages at the address.
At our local return address, we open and check returns according to the guidelines we receive. When a return or complaint is checked we inform customer service and make it possible to finalise the case with a refund or send out a new product.
Returns are placed in our warehouse and will be shipped back weekly, monthly or on request.
Monthly fee is 150€ + 4,5€ per return. In addition will come an hourly cost for consolidating and shipping back to your warehouse.
